It all start with bowls each with different broth that is cooked over a 20 hour process. Then, a scoop of noodles..... followed by an arrangement of toppings like sliced pork, dried seaweed, green onion, bamboo shoots ....
The final product was so good and perfect for another cloudy and cold day.
